These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Luxvoir website and concierge services (collectively, the “Services”). Luxvoir is a remote concierge service connecting international high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) with premium car rental providers. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Our Role

Unconventional Media L.L.C., through its Luxvoir brand, acts solely as a concierge service, facilitating connections between you and third-party premium car rental companies. We are not the service provider, owner, or operator of the car rental services. All rental agreements are directly between you and the car rental company.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Your Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information (e.g., name, contact details, and preferences) when submitting inquiries or bookings.

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Review and adhere to the terms and conditions of the car rental company you engage through our Services.

Use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others.

4. Fees

Concierge Fees: We may charge a concierge fee for facilitating your booking, which will be clearly disclosed before you confirm your request. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Third-Party Fees: You are responsible for all fees, charges, and taxes imposed by the car rental company or other third parties for the rental services.

5. Booking Process

We will use reasonable efforts to connect you with a suitable car rental provider based on your preferences.

Once connected, you will enter into a direct agreement with the car rental company. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for its terms, performance, or any disputes arising from it.

Any issues with the car rental service (e.g., vehicle condition, cancellations, or refunds) must be resolved directly with the car rental company.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Unconventional Media L.L.C. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services or the car rental services arranged through us, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

We do not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, or legality of the car rental services provided by third parties.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount of any concierge fees paid by you to Unconventional Media L.L.C. in the preceding 12 months.

7. Disclaimer

We are not the service provider and do not own, operate, or control the vehicles or services provided by third-party car rental companies. 8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Unconventional Media L.L.C. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
